After a devastating fire, the owners of this water front asked a Charm City Staging Associate to work with their designer and architect to create a new space which was warm, modern, and focused on water front living. They wanted a home that was comfortable, lend itself to carefree entertaining, yet still offer them an elegant lifestyle.
After an extensive renovation and addition was completed on this Suburban Maryland home, the owners decided to have their "New" Home be part of a community wide Home and Garden tour. Charm City Staging touched every room in this home, arranging furniture, selecting new art work, carpet, and even selected furniture for the new family room.
